Prompt staff to change end date if it has already passed when uploading a scan

In December I created a TADC request for a scan that wasn't uploaded until January, however the dates on the TADC were 1/1/24-30/12/24 (as the reading list still had a 2024 time period when I created the request). After uploading the scan TADC said 'Success' > 'Live' but the next day it said 'Success' > 'Expired'. Would it be possible to prompt users to change the dates when uploading a scan, if the end date has already passed? Thanks
