Change TADC homepage so it doesn't default to overdue
When you goto the home page of TADC, it defaults to only show overdue items. This is unhelpful, and you have to change it everytime to see all the referred and copy pending requests.
Thanks Scott, I understand this rationale but I don't think it is better or the right decision.
Digitisation is not a service where we frequently get overdue requests, and this just ends up being another button we need to press to find out whether a new request has been submitted or not since we last checked.
This suggestion could be linked to PROD-I-762, where we would like to receive an email notification when a new request has been submitted. Since in the absence of that there is a lot of unnecessary manual checks of TADC to keep tabs on whether there has been a new request submitted.
Since the person requesting the digitisation gets an automated email to confirm they have submitted it, it would be rather nice if the team responsible for actioning it also benfiitted from the same luxury. Where the homepage lands you might then not be such an issue.
