Remove expired requests from TADC homepage stats pie chart

The pie chart for request stats shows on the home page, and ours currently shows 81.5% as expired. This is extremely unhelpful.

Only current academic year's requests should be visible.

    Thanks Scott, this would go a long way to making the home screen seem more useful. Sadly the pie chart being so visibly poor overshadows a lot of the opther stats there. It would be nice to customise the home page a bit to decide which stats we'd like to focus on.
