Currently when a user attempts to access a page which does not exist in Talis (either it never did or has been removed), they are presented with a green page 404 error:
Error! Something has gone wrong, and our team has been notified. 404: Not Found. [detail about the url not found]
This page does not include any information for users on how to proceed.
It would be an improved user experience for additional information to be added to the page directing users on what to possibly do next, or somewhere else to go, as the page contains no navigation options.
We suggest including the tenancy header and footer (i have included a screen shot as an example).
Regarding the text 'our team has been notified' - there is no contextual information on who what how or if there will be any follow up.
Is it possible to provide additional information here on what this process is, or to allow for the option to provide additional information here for individual tenancies?
