★ Make the 'Unpublished changes!' warning bar float as you scroll down a list

Unfortunately our users tend to miss the 'Unpublished changes!' yellow warning bar. If it floated as you scrolled down the list (like the 'Back to top' button and Table of Contents/Filters do), it would be more visible and obvious to users.

Being able to easily see all added List Publishers

Would be useful to be able to easily see all current list publishers attached to a list, to prevent us from adding a current publisher again when a new request comes in (staff sometimes request to have their full team added, and some may already h...

Improve bookmarking to capture all metadata relevant for the Resource Type

Currently, when one of our list owners bookmarks a resource from our library discovery platform (Ex Libris Primo VE) or from a publisher site, not all of the relevant fields are populated in the resource record in Talis Aspire. For example, when j...

Short URLs for sharing reading lists

At the moment Talis RL links are very long strings of alphanumerics. A shortened version to share more elegantly would look very nice. E.g. rl.talis.com/Institution/PSYC101 rather than https://rl.talis.com/3/institution/lists/AB01234C-0A2B-3C4D-DD...

option to change author to editor field without having to re-enter the information

Book editors are sometimes entered as authors so it would be great if you could somehow switch them to the editor without deleting the author and re-entering the information into an editor field. this would save time if there were a lot of correct...
