Select All/Deselect All for setting bulk outcomes in reviews

We are so excited that the option to bulk set outcomes has launched for Reviews!

As we started to play around with it however, we realised that we would really benefit from the option to Select All or Deselect All resources, once we've set some filters on the resources within the review.

For context, we don't check any low reading importance items which are considered links (articles, websites, etc.) since users can easily report any non-functioning ones using the broken link report. We'd still like to set an outcome on these items so that team members can use the "no outcome defined" filter within the reviews interface to view only resources that may still require their attention. But sometimes these types of resources can number in the hundreds on a longer reading list, so having the option to Select All/Deselect All and not have to tick the box next to each resource individually would save us a lot of time!
