We often check long reading lists with many articles/documents/websites on them. To set each 'Link checked' outcome entails 4 clicks per resource:- 'Set review outcome/Select outcome/Link checked/Save'. It would speed up the process if there was an icon maybe at the top (eg a 'thumbs up' ?) which, when you clicked on it would instantly add the 'Link checked' outcome for that particular resource.

As reviewed in the Talis Aspire Product Update webinar 18-April-2024, we are beginning work on the ability to select multiple items in a review and set an outcome once.
For example, if you have checked links on multiple items, you can select more than one and set the outcome once.
We expect there may be obvious ways to improve further, but we wanted to get the technically simplest improvements to you right away. Please watch the Talis Aspire Product Updates support article or newsletters for updates. Kind regards, Kate

Simplifying outcomes was a common idea during the discovery calls in 2023. I want to let you and the others know that we are beginning the process to analyse opportunities for simplifying outcome setting. In the coming weeks I have planned for us to assess the technical feasibility for simplifying outcomes to save you time and effort.
