Show in the Reviews screen whether the Online Resource button in a bookmark has been ticked

When reviewing lists, we very often find that academics adding an online resource have forgotten to ensure that the Online Resource box in a bookmark is ticked (to enable the VIEW ONLINE option on the list). Aspire varies in whether or not it manages to tick it by default when bookmarking our various online resources.

There's nothing in the Review screen, when looking at an online resource, which indicates whether or not users have remembered to do this. The presence of a Web address or the OpenURL option in the Review screen is no guarantee. This means we have to have the list open in a separate tab in List View, and find every new item on that tab as well as in the Review screen to check whether or not the Online Resource box has been ticked.

It would be helpful if the Review screen indicated whether or not this box had been ticked, and which option had been selected for it if so.
