Allowing list to be unpublished and publish again

We would like to be able to have faculty be able to publish and unpublish lists, so that they do not need to archive material between semester and create copies.

• If they know that a list will be active again in two semester, then unpublishing the list would work best for them.

• Or if they would like it to only be visible for a short period of time during the semester and then visible again later on.

There is no easy way for them to do this. We would like to be able to see similar ability to that found in LibGuides, where you can select unpublish, private or published settings.
