Currently when the title of a book is clicked, the live library availability of the item is displayed.
For print books, it shows how many copies are available, but for eBooks it does not specify how many users are available.
It would be very useful and helpful if it showed the level of current access instead of just 'AVAILABLE ONLINE'.
E.g.:
UNLIMITED
lecturers often seek confirmation that all their students will be able to access the eBook simultaneously during in class activities.
3 USERS AVAILABLE
it is frustrating when lists say an eBook is 'available', but then when students open it they find they cannot read it at that time due to the user limit being maxed out.
This users access data could then also display in list reviews, which could help us to flag when eBook user access should be increased ahead of teaching -- instead of 'turn-away' notifications being the ambulance at the bottom of the hill.
Hi Sarah,
We do not have access to the license info for your eBook purchases.
Kind regards,
The Product Team
