Enable an academic to add an optional note for reviewers when sending a list to review

It would be useful if academics are able to add a note when requesting a review explaining why a review is required. For example - new resources have been added, or assistance is required in locating a resource. This could be a pop-up text box and it would be good if the note could be viewable on the Talis reviews list screen. There is plenty of space for this information to be displayed and would help in prioritising work required. Library staff also send lists to review at times and it would be useful for us to have the option too.
