create a fix to allow for number of student in review be clearer which time period they belong to

We have a roll-over process which involves having multiple time periods being available and published at the same time. However the Review area shows the number of students related to ALL lists that the list item displays on, this means that it combines the student for the list in both time periods - doubling the number of students.

We would ideally like for the system to know to only show the student numbers for the same time period as the list currently being worked on. If not feasibility, then for the system to either display the number of student attached the separate time periods on the page to make it obvious, OR for us to be able to configure which year is being seen in review at this point.
