Add the definitions of Importance Levels to the list details

To inform and remind students and lecturers of the meaning each of Importance Level, it would be useful if this was added to the list details eg. Next to the Course Code, and Student Number: ⓘ Importance Levels

When the information icon is hovered on or clicked, a pop-up would display the definitions of the importance levels set by the insitution.

This would be helpful for when institutions can make Importance Levels mandatory on their tenancy.
