★ Make the 'Unpublished changes!' warning bar float as you scroll down a list

Unfortunately our users tend to miss the 'Unpublished changes!' yellow warning bar. If it floated as you scrolled down the list (like the 'Back to top' button and Table of Contents/Filters do), it would be more visible and obvious to users.

Unfortunately the word 'Publish' to make changes visible to students does not resonate with our users. To make this clearer, the yellow warning bar should say: "Unpublished changes! Your changes are not visible to your students" --> Publish
