Expose Moodle LTI links in Advanced MIS

It would be useful to track usage of Elevate resources on a per Moodle course basis. However, to do this, we would need the LTI link to be exposed within the Advanced MIS database. We believe this would significantly enhance (and justify) the use of elevate within Moodle.
