Allow for multiple entries to be added to the criteria fields when creating reports

We have the need to exclude a large number of modules from having their RLOs archived. the current work around suggested is a lot of additional work, and may not be possible for some based on restrictions at their institution (ability to install additional software to run bulk tools).


I propose that the reports be developed to allow more than one data element to be added to a field of criteria in the search, e.g. hierarchy code contains, then allow it to have a separating punctuation to denote another data element AND/OR allow for the ability to upload a list of the data elements for that field to look for or exclude.


Although my suggestion and example is for hierarchy codes, please can it also include other relevant fields, e.g. LCN, ISSN, ISBN, list owner
