Talis Aspire Ideas Portal
Often, when we are introducing new academic staff to Talis Aspire or running refresher sessions for list owners just before the start of a semester, our colleagues point out that the menus they see in the system are not the same as those on screen. We know of course that's because the library staff leading the sessions often have Systems Administrator or Library Acquisitions roles, so they have more menu options available to them than our academic colleagues. For the purpose of demonstration, it would be ideal if we were able to 'View as list owner', showing our audiences what the system will look like for them.

Hi Tom. We have discussed this with our engineers but due to other priorities we have not scheduled it for development in the first half of 2024. It sits in our product management tool so will. not be lost and we will review it again when looking at the roadmap for the second half of 2024 and 2025. Thanks Scott (Head of Product, Talis)
Hi Georgia. Thanks for your comment. What does that mean exactly please? E.g. is there a specific time frame in which the idea will be reviewed? How many other ideas are ahead of it in the backlog, or doesn't it work like that? A bit more context would be helpful please. Thanks.
