This regularly causes issues for us and it often takes a while to figure out what is going on (e.g. why a request is getting rejected).

I can see how this would be useful for many academics who may want a quick way to move a specific set of resources from one list to another without having to individually book mark them.

As a lot of our academics will access and edit directly from our learning management system it would be good to keep the Publish button very clear in their view.

As we are rolling this out in the New Year, I have been training a lot of academics and this feature has been mentioned as something that would be useful.

The requesting of documents is something Talis are working towards. Currently Talis Aspire Digitised Content only enables you to upload materials that require copyright clearance, but the Talis Player will not only enable you to upload material that needs to be copyright cleared, but also other materials.
Talis have been working with beta partners to develop this, and we will keep you up to date with the wider release of this through the usual updates (webinars, newsletters, events etc).

We are reviewing this idea, as feel it is an important measurement for usage of scans.

This would be useful for us as we manage our lists quite closely and we would like to identify if academics are actually engaging with lists on s regular basis. Would also allow us to identify lists that no one is using that are just getting rolled over year to year.

We are currently refactoring the My Bookmarks screen to work in a way that allows users to sort and filter more effectively. Although this won’t include tagging or sorting yet, it does provide the framework for further options in this area.

We have had academics mention during implementation training that they would like to be able to organise their bookmarks in some way, outside of lists.

We are looking to explore this further and make changes to the way the hierarchy is used within Talis Aspire.

This is not currently in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.
Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

We would like to add some additional resource types.
However, this is not currently in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.

Yes this is an excellent idea, especially for those of us not currently using reviews. We try to take a look for library notes when we are reviewing other elements but it would be very useful if we got a notice of some kind. For example if a lecturer has asked for a scan or purchase using the library note. Either that or the ability to remove/ hide it so it is not used.
