    User management is not in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.

    Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

    Pre-requisit - a Editor can attach a list to a node / create node and attach to hierarchy then this would work for us.

    A kind of select an "Aspire" user from a searchable "address book" woud be a nice touch - something like the the DSpace e-people approach
