We have begun work on the anonymising of user profiles. If you have anyone that raises this under GDPR before this work is released then please do raise a support ticket with the details.

We would like the ability to delete a profile when a member of staff leaves the institution. This will save us having a list of profiles of staff that no longer work at our institution.

Dear Stephanie, I agree this would be useful. As well as this, it would be nice to have the ability to delete profiles if a member of staff was no longer in our employment or be able to revoke their permissions to edit a list if they are no longer in charge of that course / module for that particular semester or year.
We often have changes of course leader for a module and while we add a new list owner and publishing rights to the new course leader, we cannot presently take away their rights without revoking all their editing rights across the tenancy. So being able to select particular course in particular semesters without revoking all their list publisher permissions would be extremely beneficial to us.
