Thank you for all the feedback relating to the sections and the difficulties around defining them. We will be making some changes to these to make them more distinct. We will update as these become available.

I've come looking for something similar, I can see in the 'export reviews' report that the 'standard' outcome is visible on an individual list but I'd like a column in that report that shows any note made by the reviewer - this will be vital to help speed up our current process. Currently we're toggling between review screen and edit screen to add outcomes to the library note and it's too slow. Id like to be able to complete a review and export the outcome to the academic with 'on order - 1 eBook 2 hard copies' etc visible on items.

We are currently reviewing this idea as this is an interesting concept and one we would like to explore further. If anyone would like to add their use case to this ticket it would be helpful to understand all scenarios.

    Hi All

We would like to be able to set an academic years reading lists as 'read-only' for the period of time between roll over and the new academic year starting. The 2016-17 list will need to be seen by students and staff possibly through the summer so we don't want to archive but the 2017-18 lists are the ones that need updating and publishing. Despite communicating the process we find academics update their current list and don't look for the newly rolled over version.

We are working on bookmarking functionality alongside our List Edit improvements, this will reduce the reliance on the bookmarklet feature and enable more resources to be accessible in the List Edit context. When this feature is released, we will revisit this idea to understand if it still has relevance.

    backlog  ·  Keji Adedeji responded

This is not currently in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog while we focus on items in the development focus.

Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

With the change in New List Edit the importance field is now more prominent and highlighted in red when it has not been set.

We will continue to review this functionality in line with Continued Improvements.

We have been asked to request this as part of our Kent Inclusive Packages to assist with accessibility and inclusivity. If a list has prioritised reading it facilitates our efforts buy accessible items in a timely fashion. We would like to look at making importance setting compulsory in order for the academic to publish their list.

This is not currently in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog. It will be merged with a similar existing idea.

Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

    Hi
In the main reviews page in 2.0 could we please have a list count or list total clearly shown somewhere at the top of the page. We use that total in our statistics and to plan the time we allocate to library assistants protected review time.
    Thanks

    Louise
