We would like to consider this when we next review the acquisitions area of Talis Aspire.

This would be very useful for us too, as it would mean we can get through a pile of reviews more quickly over the busy summer period by concentrating only on new bookmarks.

We have been reviewing this idea following on from the list edit work that has been taking place and would like to now explore this piece further.
This is an example of how an idea may be declined at a point in time but as we explore and develop new areas we do review all ideas past and present and consider them all.

Agree with all earlier comments. This would streamline our own workflows and improve communications between colleagues in other teams (e.g. scanning and collections management).

This is not currently in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.
Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

It would be particularly useful for us if review complete notifications could automatically be sent to both the review requester and the List Owner (if different profiles), but we would also like to be able to copy in other Talis profiles where necessary.

This is something that we hope to address. As a temporary work around you could use the Open URL in the review to be checking links.

Building on previous comments, we’ve had feedback from a few students that they find distinguishing between print and electronic resources within reading lists difficult. Some would prefer print and e-books to be explicitly identified as such under the title on the left-hand side of the list, rather than by the blue “Online Resource” box on the right. It would be great if we could set the Resource Type of books to “Print Book” and e-books to “E-book”, instead of both being “Book”. This could also help with filtering e-books in lists, and might be useful for Dashboard information and reports.
This is a key function we at Warwick would like to see. Would make life a lot easier for our colleagues in other teams (e.g. that handle print collections or scanning) who have an item by item workflow (as opposed to a list by list workflow like our acquisitions team) and aren't interested in the nitty gritty of lists and modules.
Ideally, we would like to be able to run off a CSV and filter it by which items had specific review outcomes, and then pass the file onto our colleagues as required.
