While we have more issues with the new bookmarking interface that I think would be good to address in the future, a relatively easy change that would be beneficial to us would be to 'flip' the Add field and Part lookup selectors in the bookmarking interface so that the Add field is on top.
Since the new bookmarking interface requires a lot of scrolling we believe having a button that can instantly erase the manual changes you've made to a bookmark be just above a button we may be constantly scrolling down to select (that also looks very similar colour and shape wise) is problematic and can easily lead to frustration when making numerous manual changes.
We'd like to see this changed at least so the Add field sits on top which we believe will potentially alleviate some of this risk. Any other suggestions to help with this issue are welcome as well. Thank you!
Hi Kia, & hi everyone!
I have shared your ideas with our UX team and marked this idea as 'planned' as we are addressing the layout & behaviour of the edit existing resource, including the 'part' section.
It may not look exactly as you have described here, but it should still improve your experience.
Thanks for your idea!
Kate

Hi Kia, thanks for your idea. We will look at this as part of our Bookmarking theme that we are working on this year. Many thanks, the Product Team
I regularly confuse these fields and have to create the bookmark again from scratch
I would love the Add field to be a bit more distinct, perhaps in bold
