Change automated notification emails so they aren't mistaken for Spam/Scams

When a lecturer is assigned as the List Owner of a reading list, they receive this automated message:

""Congratulations John Smith,

You have been assigned as the owner of the reading list TALIS101 - Talis Aspire (https://aut.rl.talis.com/lists/1234567890ABCDEFGHI).

However, seeing as your profile is marked as private, students will not be able to find this list by searching using your name. To fix this:

1. Visit https://aut.rl.talis.com/myprofile

2. Click "Edit Profile"

3. Under privacy, select "My profile is public"

4. Click "Save"

Click on the link below to view your reading list.

Lecturers are mistaking this message for Spam or a Phishing Scan because it starts with the word Congratulations and includes a link to click. This is compounded by the inability to customise the message to individual tenancies, which would provide lecturers with reassurance that it comes from their own insitutition.

The message is also alarming because it infers students will not have access to their course reading lists --- However with Talis-LMS integrations, students are not required to search for their reading list using their lecturer's name. Thus, the profile privacy information is misleading, and irrelevant in a notification about being assigned as a list owner.

Please reword the message so it begins with a neutral greeting, and remove the profile privacy instructions... OR ideally, please allow institutions the ability to customise the automated notifications sent from their tenancies, adding this to the Admin settings.

Hi Sarah, thank you for this idea. We already have another request for this which is in our 2025 backlog. Thanks, the Product Team
