A 'Note' field (that students cannot see) that applies to an entire list would be useful. This would allow us to tag lists as 'Online only module - e-resources only' or 'Visually impaired student on this module 24/25' so that everyone who edits a list can see if there are circumstances that we all need to be aware of.
An internal note for Library teams at the list-level is such a good idea! Even if you could only see the list-level note from within the Single List Review interface, perhaps on the left-hand side of the screen below the other list details like status, stage, hierarchy, cycle, etc, would be super helpful for leaving special instructions like using a particular fund code or that the list owner wants specific editions).
This would also be handy to tag lists for units which may no longer be running - we don't archive such lists immediately, until we've confirmed their status, but it's useful to know not to spend time updating resources etc.
This is a simple but great suggestion - we also would really benefit from this to idea - Online course, wellbeing list etc.

Such an option would certainly help us with housekeeping. Once a 'questionable' list has been confirmed to be genuinely wanted/needed, we could put a 'note to library colleagues' in to prevent it from either being deleted or chased up again.
