Automatic request review
Currently, a list can be published without a review being requested. Our preferred option would be for an 'automatic' review to be sent whenever a list was published for the first time, or indeed updated. Ideally, we want Aspire to force a review to library staff whenever a list is created/edited and published so that the library is aware of new list content.

Ability for a tenancy to add their own messages to Aspire users on the Home page
It would be very useful for an individual tenancy to customise an area on the Home page of Aspire - I kind of news feed area, possibly scrolling text. We could keep users informed of any down time or alert users to new developments on Aspire.

Tenancy level custom 404 pages
Where a deep-link to a location in a Tenancy is malformed and produces a 404 error (such as http://resourcelists.ntu.ac.uk/modules/snbx/lists) Aspire you not present a generic 404 dead-end but a custom 404 capture page - including navigation options and links and the ability to report the error.

Customise options available for bib export
Maybe not an entirely new idea, but we'd like to be able to customise the drop-down list of export options for lists. Our users do not have access to RefWorks, so that's one option that we would remove.
2 votesWe have now removed the customised drop down for bibliographic export so that the option is to download the ris file and then upload into the bibliographic software of choice.

Add customisation to "Library Availability" section
The Library Availability section of the item details page has fixed headers. (Collection, Shelf Mark, Availability.) We would find it very useful to be able to customise these headers to match our in-house terminology to give a consistent user experience. Specifically, we'd like to be able to use the term "Classmark" rather than "Shelf Mark".
More generally, this may be useful to match terminology to different LMSs, so that institutional terminology can kept consistent across systems.
1 voteIn the new list view we have removed the terminology related to shelf mark and only the availability shows. This will help with the idea that you have raised.

Remove 'Article'; remove 'chapter'
Could you include the option to 'Remove 'Article' / 'Chapter'' in the same way we have the option to Remove ..'Is part of'.
Once you add 'Is part of' as a field, you can easily create your article or chapter title. If you change your mind and want to remove 'Is part of ..', you can, which is great, but youare left with the article title, which you can't remove.
1 voteWe introduced a small improvement that addressed this in March
