Option to complete a review without notifying tutor / inputter
In the "All Reviews" section of Aspire it would be useful to have the option to "mark as completed" without notifying the person (tutor or library staff) who'd requested the review

Might be useful where a list has been published, but the module has been found to be not running for that time period/year - we have a time period ' not running' It would then be possible not to do the review, but use the 'complete & archive' options to clear it out of the workflow.

AUT has it set up so that every time a lecturer publishes a list it is automatically sent for review (Force Review). Therefore every single edit and re-publish comes through for review.
I agree that it would be helpful to send lecturers info on any actions taken. But as you have described we don't actually get a choice to do so because the process is forced for every completion whether an action is taken or not.
And if there is nothing useful to report to the lecturer why would we want to clutter their email inbox with useless notifications? - especially if they regularly edit their list.

Could you provide some use cases where you wouldn't want the requester notified? Is this mostly where library staff are the ones who have created a list and sent it through for review?
