Drag and drop sections on lists
Several of our list owners have fed back that it would be better if list owners/publishers were able to drag and drop sections to move them around within lists. Currently, it's possible to click the double-ended arrow, and hold and drag to move paragraphs and resources up and down a list. For sections though, we have to click on the three dots and choose 'Move Up' or 'Move Down', which is time-consuming especially when moving sections on longer lists.

As Oliver mentioned, 'Cut' and 'Paste' is the most efficient method for moving sections rather than 'Move up' or 'Move down'.
However it is worth noting that our lecturers find it confusing that the drag and drop double-ended arrow can be used for moving resources and paragraphs, but not for sections as well.
Even if the drag and drop method is not the easiest way to move sections, it would be great if this option was available for the sake of consistency.

The last version made it very easy to rearrange sections in a list, using the drag and drop within the Table of Contents. Could this be reinstated please

Hi, in that same three dot menu, just above the 'Move up' and 'Move down' options should be the option to 'Cut', which cuts the section out of the list and you can then scroll to the part of the list you desire the section to appear at and click where it says 'PASTE' in the middle of the screen. Hope this helps!
