Bulk assign list publishers to lists
We need the ability to bulk assign list publishers to more then one list.
For example, we have departments within the university where the populating of material within reading lists is done by one team within the department, rather than the individual module leader. When new members of staff start with this team, we are often asked that they be assigned as a list publisher to around 100 lists at a time. There is no current option to do this other than go through each list manually. This is time consuming at a particularly busy period for us.

This is a great article! I really like the way you present it and the way you make it interesting

This is something I've just been asked for. A member of staff has retired and her numerous lists need assigning between two new people. A manual task, as I've just found out from Support. I'd hoped we could list her courses and lists, tick to select and then batch-assign a new owner. A function to achieve this would be very welcome.

This would be really useful for the reasons Rosaline and Rob mention. It's something that I am asked about by staff creating and managing lists.

This would also be useful at the University of Bristol. Our subject librarians find it convenient to have all lists in their areas of responsibility available to them through My Lists - not only for convenience of access, but also as a handy way to see what has been updated recently. Whenever a new SL takes up a post (or an existing SL takes on a new area of responsibility), there is a time consuming process of visiting each list and adding it manually.
