Communicate result of Review Outcome to list owner
Once a list review has been completed the requester is e-mailed and informed that the review is complete. However s/he cannot see the results of the review, the helpful comments and information that have been added by library staff. Could the link in the message be changed so that it takes the requester to the results of hte review, rather than to the reading list.

We are investigating this in the reviews theme

Can I resurrect this idea please? Has the database re-architecture talked about above taken place now? I am making a lot of use of that comments page and I had been assuming that the lists owners were able to go in and check what I'd said, but have now realised they are not. We have drop-down options under 'Review; which include the 'review list' page which shows all the comments and suggestions we as the librarian have made. the list owner (as list creator only?) just see the word 'Review' with no srop-down options. At elast as far as we can tell. Is it that they need to be list publisher, (which we don't really want the lecturers to be)? or is something else which could be updated? Thanks

We definitely have issues with how hidden information is on Aspire and support this - BUT it must be optional and should be customisable at the point of closing the review. In many cases this will be very useful. But, if the list owner is library staff, we should be able to untick sending the review outcome as it may well not be necessary. If Aspire told us who the list owner was, and we could change the email address if necessary, or opt not to send this, it's great.
As with all the other auto-emails from Aspire, we also *must* be able to change the from address and the reply-to address and customise the template in case we need to add extra lines in there (if the email looks automated then academics probably won't read it anyway).
