Library Review report - review outcomes
- Review decisions - for a given date range, an all-List Item report on Review Outcomes (e.g. 'How many "On order" items were created from Review in August 2010')

I've come looking for something similar, I can see in the 'export reviews' report that the 'standard' outcome is visible on an individual list but I'd like a column in that report that shows any note made by the reviewer - this will be vital to help speed up our current process. Currently we're toggling between review screen and edit screen to add outcomes to the library note and it's too slow. Id like to be able to complete a review and export the outcome to the academic with 'on order - 1 eBook 2 hard copies' etc visible on items.

My colleague who is responsible for Acquisitions would like the ability to report on the outcomes for each individual items, specifically those items which are set to unobtainable or not obtainable in electronic format, so that she can then either send the report to the lecturer or refer it to other committees / people when these items remain on reading lists, & students complain they can't get access to the material.

We have often multiple outcomes (decisions) but the current csv export only records a single outcome. Ideally we'd like to get a report with all outcomes and notes which can then be filtered and passed on to the relevant colleagues.

We would like to see this at Aston too. Is there any news from Talis on whether this is likely to be taken forward for a future release?

We would also like an “all reviewed items report”, which would include an outcomes field which we could filtered by. Currently we cannot report on reviews at an item level.
(we could then have a global list of all items requiring a digitisation, or all items that need book ordering etc) -

I would like to add my support for this idea, as Reviews is integral to our workflow and the ability to report on the Outcomes would be beneficial.

We now use the Outcomes within Review as part of an established workflow. To be able to pull out a list of all items e.g. scan requested, would help other departmental sections manage their workflows.

I agree strongly with Richard and Philip. I simply cannot get enough data out of Aspire currently to help with workflow management and to inform other library colleagues about progress with reviews.

This is a key function we at Warwick would like to see. Would make life a lot easier for our colleagues in other teams (e.g. that handle print collections or scanning) who have an item by item workflow (as opposed to a list by list workflow like our acquisitions team) and aren't interested in the nitty gritty of lists and modules.
Ideally, we would like to be able to run off a CSV and filter it by which items had specific review outcomes, and then pass the file onto our colleagues as required. -

This is a key function that we would like to see at Sussex.
