Ability to report on time taken to fulfil requests
We would like to be able to run a report detailing the length of time requests take to be filled, so that we look at establishing sensible KPIs and identify any persistent issues.

Being able to accurately report on the time taken to fulfil requests is one of the most important aspects of any project management role. This is not only important for organizational efficiency, but also plays a significant role in customer satisfaction. https://quordle.onl/

We'd love to see reports of activities in Review on TARL - what we were thinking in addition to length of time from request to review completed, would be data on how many items were given particular outcomes - this way we would have data available to us on how many additional books were purchased, chapters digitised, etc. following reading list submission.
As well as being a great way to measure our productivity it could be a great help in getting more academics on board with the reading list system.

This is something we are very keen to see implemented and I recently raised as a support ticket, we want to be able to easily measure activity and progress of requests and impact on workoad and staff time.

We also have KPI's to report on, so also knowing when a request has been rejected as opposed to fulfilled would be extremely helpful. The current statistics don't show a request "completed" date as such, just when the copy is uploaded. It would also be great to have a report that outlines how long items are within each of the workflow stages setup by the Institution. And lastly the number of request per month that are fulfilled without any intervention by library staff at all.
