Automatic notification of the need to renew digitised readings
We would like to receive a notice when digitised readings are about to expire. It would also be useful to have the ability to automatically inform the module leader of this, to see if they want the item renewed for another year.

This is tied in with the whole communications aspect of the rollover process. Discussions with Talis at the end of the last academic year gave us to understand that this would be fully implemented for this academic year.
