When selecting a request from the vault it often overrides the request detail in the original request. This includes where bib pages have already been added. This can be frustrating when a request has already been reviewed and adjusted for accuracy.
As the bib page range does not count towards the 10% allowance, it can be misleading to have it in the main page range. Especially where the allowance is being maximised.

We are also re-uploading a lot of requests with OCR adjustments and re-checking page ranges. Therefore, it would be useful to be able to add a separate range for bibliography or notes at this stage, where found. Instead of just 'Add another', which gets added to the CLA allowance pages.
