Currently the list of concierge override reasons does not specifically list the use of the 5% copyright exception for educational purposes. Would it be possible to add this as an option? The exception states that no more than 5% of any title can be used across the institution in any 12 month period under this exception. By including this option, would TADC then be able to track these titles on an institutional level rather than module/course code level to allow automated tracking of such digitisations rather than manual tracking outside of the system to ensure compliance? This would be particularly useful to supply extracts of materials falling outside of the CLA licence.
