Link to the catalogue from the request details
It would be useful to be able to link directly to the catalogue when reviewing a request, so that we can see where it is, whether it’s available and then make intersite/reservation requests etc if necessary.

This would save quite a bit of work and it would seem that the technology exists in the reading list buttons, View in Catalogue and Find other formats/editions.

This would be very useful for us. We have only recently allowed Academics to make digitisation requests themselves, so we are still working on an efficient workflow for checking our stock. If we didn't have to go back and forth between the LMS and Talis it would save us a lot of time and be able to identify exactly which book/journal they have used for the request.

It would be good to see this implemented as we find that at the moment TADC recognises items that are on order for our catalogue as being already in stock. Being able to link directly to the catalogue when reviewing a request, would allow us to make decisions about getting copyright fee paid copies for items that we know have been delayed.
