This is a valuable idea and user management is an area I would like us to investigate further in the future.
However its not in our near term development focus, so it has been moved to the longer term backlog. Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.Simon Machell commented
Hi Robbie, a bit late maybe seeing as you posted your idea in 2013 but we had a request from a member of staff here at the LSE recently to revoke the 'list publisher' rights which had previously been assigned to someone and, after asking Talis, this is possible to do. Details of how to do this are available here: http://support.talis.com/hc/en-us/articles/205712882-Revoke-roles
This is not included in the scope of the reviews refresh but so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.
Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.
We have been reviewing this idea following on from the list edit work that has been taking place and would like to now explore this piece further.
This is an example of how an idea may be declined at a point in time but as we explore and develop new areas we do review all ideas past and present and consider them all.

Improving this for students is something we would like to do, but is likely to need a theme in this area.

A student here at the LSE suggested that it would be beneficial if they were able to reset the 'reading' status of items on their reading list so that they could better organise their readings. I think this would be a useful development.
