We also have KPI's to report on, so also knowing when a request has been rejected as opposed to fulfilled would be extremely helpful. The current statistics don't show a request "completed" date as such, just when the copy is uploaded. It would also be great to have a report that outlines how long items are within each of the workflow stages setup by the Institution. And lastly the number of request per month that are fulfilled without any intervention by library staff at all.

The existing reporting infrastructure cannot report on usage data as it is stored differently. We will be doing some investigation into how usage data can be exposed.
We are reviewing this idea, as feel it is an important measurement for usage of scans.
We would also like the ability to be able to select the date ranges for the report. We don't want to have to run the report on a certain day each month.
We are looking to explore this further and make changes to the way the hierarchy is used within Talis Aspire.

I agree. This is an essential development idea. It is particularly important to streamline the login process if students are accessing through an LTI integration, and it's really important to limit the students to using their student email only.
