Add ability to change icons for Library and Student notes

In consultation with stakeholders on our Indigenising Curriculum reading list, a question was raised on whether it was possible to change the icons for Library and Student notes to something less aggressively Western. The specific suggestion made was for the Bunya Pine and Bunya Nut to be used as alternatives for the Library and Student note icons respectively. The Bunya reference comes from the Bunya gathering which would bring Indigenous groups across the east coast of Australia together to share and swap songs and stories. We've attached some examples we found online of the types of icons we would like to potentially use.

We would like to see the ability to change these icons added to Talis, ideally to our own custom ones, but alternatively to ones that are non-Western symbols of learning. We would also ideally like to see this functionality added to the individual list level, but it would be good to see it at least on the institutional level.

We think this functionality would be useful for other institutions looking to move away from using Western symbols of teaching and learning.

Hi - Nice customisation idea. It is not planned for any upcoming releases however I have added it to the parking lot for future consideration. Thank you
