Make citation style drop down 'sticky'

Following user feedback, it would be helpful if the citation style drop down could be made sticky - i.e., once they’ve selected it for a list, it should remember and always display the list in that citation style.

Please enable system administrators to manage their tenancy's time periods in the self-serve portal
