Allow invites scoped to multiple points in the hierarchy to be sent in one batch
At the moment an administrator must send a separate invite email for each list or module they would like a user to have permissions over.
On completion of this story administrators would be able to send one invite allowing users the same permission over multiple lists or modules.
User management is not in our near term development focus so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.
Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

We are just about to begin sending out invites for the system, and I must say it would make the process much easier if we were able to send out invites for multiple lists to one person. We already have several academics/departmental administrators who need access to 6 or more lists and it will be a bit of a chore for them to accept multiple invites.
I also agree with June that being able to scope roles to nodes would be a very useful feature to have.

We would like to see this and possibly extended to being able to scope roles and their associated permissions to specific nodes within the hierarchy. Useful for ensuring that subject librarians with the acquisitions role only get review notifications for their faculty.
I know that you can achieve this using devolved constraints, but we're not in a position to implement that.

Peter, do you know that you could already achieve this functionality today with a simple change to your existing permissions setup? Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

Pre-requisit - a Editor can attach a list to a node / create node and attach to hierarchy then this would work for us.
