How can we improve Talis Aspire Reading Lists?

Ability to edit "Note For Library" from within the Reviews screen

Requesting the ability to edit "Note For Library" from within the
Reviews screen. Currently, the only way for authenticated Library staff to edit such notes is to go out of the Reviews screen to the originating List, then Edit the list, then select "edit notes and importance", for each bookmarked item. It would be much simpler and quicker to enable the "Note For Library" to be editable from within the Reviews screen, which is the screen Library staff utilise to action and respond to those notes.

This is not included in the scope of the reviews refresh but so it has been moved to the longer term backlog.

Ideas may be graduated from the backlog as we get through the ones that are planned.

The lack of detailed communication around individual items at begining and end of review process and on the start of a second review is a major bugbear.

We also would like to add 'Note for Library' from the Review screen for the same reasons as stated in the original request. We have only found out recently that the Academics cannot see what notes we have added on the review outcome.
Also any previous comments on the review seem to disappear and there is no archive or history of what has been visited previously.

I've got a question about this, are you using this field as a means of communicating with the academic?

If so, is this because there is no way for the academic to see the review outcome of the individual item?
