Include comments in Export Review CSV
We will have a number of different workflows for ordering of books needed for reading lists. In the case of those people who review reading lists but do not place orders it would be useful if they could add a review comment about the number of copies to be ordered, budget etc. and then have this included when they export the review. The CSV file could then be sent to the staff who do the ordering.

This would be particularly useful for giving academics detailed reports on the review of their lists.

I would like to add my support to this idea - this is something that would be incredibly useful for our team for all the reasons stated below. It would also help to create useful analytics to demonstrate the overall 'picture' of Reviews to senior management and academic colleagues.
I agree that it is very time consuming to add extra comments to another email where if exported the information is in the spreadsheet. Especially with lists that are not well created.!!

This would be really useful.

There are other reasons it would be useful to be able to include comments in the Review CSV. I've just finished reviewing a long list where I need to include feedback to the lecturer on nearly every item (eg "not in stock, insufficient funds currently to purchase this"), "more recent edition in Library", etc). If Review comments could be exported, I could have edited the CSV and used this as the basis of my feedback to her. As it is I shall have to do a lot of copying and pasting!
We also would find it really useful to have the outcome comments included in the exported review file (in addition to the outcome heading) so we can see a summary of all outcomes and associated notes at a glance.
