Ability swich off the automated 'new review' emails
We would like the ability to switch off the automated emails that go to all Library Acquisitions users when a list is submitted for review.
They are clogging up the inboxes of a large number of staff members and causing a lot of confusion!
(Yes, we can set up Outlook rules to filter them but that has to be done by every individual and it would be much more time efficient to do this centrally.)
We would want to retain the emails where a list is ASSIGNED to a particular user.
We have just released the ability to override the automated review notifications by specifying an email address to which notifciations will go to

Surely it must be possible to set up request review to be sent to an individual's email address or to a small group email addresses. If you plan to set up just one central email, we currently have potentially 28 subject staff colleagues who will receive a request review email each time one is generated. This would be no better than it is now, as not all 28 would need to see the request. In fact, it is likely the request will only ever need to be seen by one subject staff member.

Agreed, the setup is poor. I fail to see why we can't simply set an email address in Aspire that is used for these new review emails.
