TADC request view including date of request
The requests view on TADC currenlty shows 7 fields, none of them beeing the date of request.
The date of request can only be seen once we go into the request itself and scroll down to the Worklog.
As we work through requests in order of arrival and consider our internal service levels it would be very useful to have the date of request visible whenever we are on any of the requests lists.
If this is not something other institutions would find useful, could the change be made for the institutions that want this?
We will not be focusing on this idea due to low votes

I agree, We also try to deal with requests in the order we receive them.
We don't find a "Needed By" date useful, as requests are often made after the date when it is was ideally wanted!
