TADC default view: requests needed anytime
The default view on TADC Home page shows requests overdue.
We would find more useful to have as a default view the requests needed anytime.
The current view if not useful to as as we work through requests chronologically by order of arrival and not by when they are due.
It is a bit missleading to see nothing on the default view to find out that actually we do have requests ... is just that they are not overdue.
Having a view of all requests needed at any time will therefore be much more efficient fur us.
If this is a change that not all TADC users will find useful, does TADC has the option of changing this just for the customers who request it?
We will not be focusing on this idea due to low votes, but it is possible to change from the default by selecting the “Needed anytime” option
