How can we improve Copyright Clearance in Talis Aspire?

Allow institutions to customise cover sheets

We would like the ability to add the following to the cover sheets of digitised extracts:

1. An institutional logo and title/name
2. Header text
3. Footer text
4. Customise fonts and colours

This would allow us to render cover sheets close to institutional style guidelines, so that they look appropriately "Lincoln".

Header & footer text would allow us to include contact details, etc.

The ability for customisation or an enhancement to coversheet features would allow important contextual information to be added. At Victoria University of Wellington we've noted the re-use of old PDFs directly in Blackboard without these being entered into Talis. The addition of time period information and hierarchy code would be one way to discourage this copyright-infringing user practice.

Victoria University would also see the benefit and support this enhancement if it was to be re-reviewed.
